We are a Hotel and Resort Consulting and Development Company, at the present in an advanced planning process and developing one of the most prestigious five-star-villa-resort facilities (with Board Of Investment protection) at the Andaman-Sea in the southwest of Thailand.

The planned 5 star-premium-villa-resort (with BOI approval) is located on a large property (> 1.000,000 qm) at one of the most beautiful beaches and regions of the South Thailand (Krabi) with a multiplicity of wellness, recreation, catering, entertainment, educational, and culture offers and programs. The concept of the villa resort is based on a luxurious resort facility not only in design and services but also in construction materials and method (energy saving concept) and in an attractive site setting with all amenities a modern villa resort has to offer.

The project is at the present in the planning phase; construction will start approximately in the month of November 2006. Total land size is < > 800 Rai (1 Rai = 1,600 square meters) and the buildings with total floor space of < > 60 000 square meters. All Project relevant partners (Architect, Technical Consultant, Hotel Operator and General Constructor) are already identified and working on the project.
